Harrogate, Leeds and Bradford

Although based in Harrogate, Energicert Ltd cover many postcode districts in Leeds and Bradford area.. We have recently carried out a number of surveys for both rental property and for sale properties, under the instructions for solicitors based in Bradford, Shipley and Ilkley.

Recently we carried out a survey on one building in Leeds that contained 17 privately rented flats for one landlord.

Leeds is a thriving city with a very exciting nightlife. There are many purpose built flats coming onto the rental market. It is probably fair to say that Leeds is now over supplied with one and two bedroomed flats and because of the over supply of rented accomadation in Leeds, prices have fallen dramatically.

There are a lot a back to back properties in Bradford, but the area extends from the inner city area of manningham lane to the leafy, wealthy areas like Ilkley. The people of Shipley consider themselve apart from those in Bradford.
