Double guarantee
All Energicert HIPs
come with a double guarantee.
First guarantee -
your HIP will be fully HIP-Code compliant
meaning that it meets all the current regulations as legal
requirements, if your
HIP is found not to be HIP-Code compliant, we will refund double the
cost of
your HIP.
Second
guarantee is that your Energicert HIP will be
acceptable to all Estate Agents and solicitors, if there is an Estate
Agent or Solicitor
who do not an accept an Energicert HIP, we will refund double the cost.
Energicert's surveyors will carry out a survey any day of the week, including weekends, if that is the only time a householder is available.
A
Market Ready HIP
is available within 24 hours, the
full HIP will follow shortly afterwards.
Your HIP from Energicert Ltd will cost from as little as
£255.00 inclusive (no VAT to pay).
From
April 6th
2009, you must be in possession of a HIP before you can market your
property. Energicert can have a 'market ready' HIP within 24 hours of
an ordering being placed.

Time scale for HIPs
Since August 2007,
all 4 bedroomed properties have required a Home Information Pack and
from September 10 2007 all three bedroomed houses have required a Home
Information Pack. From December 14th 2007 all properties that are
placed on the market will require a Home Information Pack. Until June
2008, properties may be placed on the market as soon as HIP has
evidence of a HIP being commissioned

- Evidence of who owns the property
- Energy Performance Certificate
- Local Authority Searches and Enquiries
- Drainage and Water Search
